Are your services available to everyone?

Yes, though most of advertisement is geared towards the elderly. We also provide helpful services for those with injuries, disabilities, or just someone who’s overwhelmed and could use an extra hand.

Are your staff medically trained?

No, our staff are not medically trained. Though it is in our plans for the near future to staff licensed CNA’s and RN’s. Medical assistance is not a service we provide at this time.

Can I change the frequency or services provide in my plan?

Yes, you can change the frequency and services provided to you. We do monthly check-in to revaluate or adjust services or frequency of visits.

How does billing work?

We provide weekly and monthly payment plans. Weekly payments are due every Monday for services provided for the following week. Monthly payments are due at the 1st of the month for services provide for month.

What are our hours of operation?

We provided services Monday-Saturday between the hours of 10am -8pm. Services needed outside of these hours are subject to additional charges.
